Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Requests
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to:

A cancellation is considered effective only after written confirmation has been received from Getatos Safari LTD.
The cancellation date is the date on which the written request is received by Getatos Safari LTD.
2. Refunds and Cancellation Fees
The following cancellation terms apply unless otherwise agreed in writing:

More than 30 days before safari departure:
80% refund of payments made. -
15 to 30 days before safari departure:
50% refund of payments made. -
7 to 14 days before safari departure:
25% refund of payments made. -
Less than 7 days before safari departure or no-show:
No refund.
The following costs may be non-refundable:
- national park fees,
- accommodation reservations,
- flight bookings,
- bank or payment processing fees,
- third-party supplier charges,
- special permits or government fees.
Refund processing times may vary depending on payment providers and banking systems.
3. Changes and Rescheduling
Date changes, participant changes and itinerary modifications are subject to availability and operational conditions.
Getatos Safari LTD will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes; however:
- price adjustments may apply,
- additional costs may be charged,
- certain services may not be transferable or refundable.
Changes requested shortly before departure may not be possible.
4. No-Show and Third-Party Services
Failure to arrive for the booked safari without prior written notice is considered a no-show and no refund will be provided.
Getatos Safari LTD is not responsible for losses caused by:
- flight delays or cancellations,
- missed connections,
- accommodation provider policies,
- third-party service failures,
- government restrictions,
- weather conditions,
- force majeure events.
Certain third-party services may be subject to their own cancellation and refund policies.
5. Travel Insurance
Customers are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance including:
- trip cancellation coverage,
- medical coverage,
- emergency evacuation,
- baggage protection,
- personal liability coverage.
Getatos Safari LTD is not responsible for losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.
