1. Provider and Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all travel inquiries, offers and bookings made with:

By using our website and booking our safari and travel services, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Inquiry, Offer and Booking Confirmation
An inquiry made through our website, email, WhatsApp or social media does not constitute a binding booking.
A binding travel contract is only established once:
- the customer receives a written offer or booking confirmation from Getatos Safari LTD,
- the agreed deposit payment has been made,
- and the booking has been officially confirmed by Getatos Safari LTD.
Getatos Safari LTD reserves the right to decline inquiries or bookings without providing a reason.
3. Services, Prices and Payment
The scope of services is based on the respective tour description on our website or the individual travel offer provided to the customer.
Unless otherwise stated, our safari packages may include:
- transportation in a safari vehicle,
- professional safari guides,
- accommodation,
- meals according to the itinerary,
- park entrance fees,
- scheduled safari activities.
The following are generally not included:
- international flights,
- visas,
- travel insurance,
- personal expenses,
- tips,
- additional services not explicitly listed.
All prices are provided in the stated currency. Payments may be made via bank transfer, credit card, PayPal or other available payment methods.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- a deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking,
- the remaining balance must be paid before the safari begins or upon arrival.
4. Changes, Responsibilities and Liability
Getatos Safari LTD will make every reasonable effort to operate all tours as advertised. However, changes to itineraries may occur due to weather conditions, road conditions, government regulations, safety concerns or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for:
- valid passports,
- visas,
- vaccinations,
- travel insurance,
- personal health requirements.
Getatos Safari LTD shall not be liable for:
- delays or failures caused by third-party providers,
- flight changes,
- baggage loss,
- force majeure,
- natural disasters,
- governmental actions,
- loss of personal belongings.
Participation in safari and outdoor activities is undertaken at the customer’s own risk.
5. Cancellation and Changes
Cancellations and booking changes are subject to the cancellation policy applicable at the time of booking.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
Costs already incurred, including park fees, accommodation reservations or third-party services, may be non-refundable in whole or in part.
6. Privacy
Personal information is used solely for processing inquiries, bookings and providing our travel services.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
Where legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction shall be Arusha, Tanzania.
